Yvonne began her career with one of the Big Four accounting firms in 2013. She later joined a public listed company in Malaysia as Group Internal Auditor, where she led internal audits, internal control reviews, and sustainability initiatives across a diverse range of sectors, including logistics, hospitality, e-commerce, printing, diesel distribution, and shipping.
She subsequently joined a US multinational corporation as Internal Auditor, where she was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, operational and financial audits, as well as risk advisory engagements across global operations, including the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Netherlands.
Yvonne now serves various public listed companies in governance, risk management, and sustainability-related services, including internal audit, risk management, and end-to-end sustainability services encompassing ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, and data verification.

Esther Kok is a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), with more than 11 years of corporate secretarial experience. She obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) in 2012, after completing an Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Business Administration) with distinction at Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
Esther has extensive experience providing corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and advisory services to multinational corporations and locally incorporated companies. Her expertise includes company incorporations, corporate restructuring, changes in shareholding and corporate structures, statutory compliance, and board and shareholders’ proceedings.
With a strong understanding of the business cultures and regulatory environments of China and Malaysia, Esther is experienced in supporting cross-border ventures and companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in Malaysia. Her technical knowledge, meticulous approach, and practical advice have made her a trusted adviser in corporate secretarial and governance matters.
